Building Your Internet Marketing
The Builder Web Design & SEO process for designing and building your Internet presence starts with us learning everything we can about your business. We do this over the phone, or if you're located in the western Twin Cities suburbs we can meet in person.
You may wonder what we want to ask you. Our survey comes in sections - General Background, Industry, Goals and Plans, Marketing, Website, Internet. When you contact us we'll send you a copy of our General Background survey to review. If you'd like to save some time you can even fill out the survey and email it to us. This will not only save you some time, but will help us better prepare so that we have the information you'd like to know at our finger tips when we call or meet!
We also want you to find your best photos and testimonials. We'd particularly like photos such as happy clients, before and after shots, a range of projects, and later photos after the project has matured. Digital photos are best, but we can also take your paper photos and testimonials and scan them. In fact, scanned testimonials if they are in a unique format can be quite compelling. Even if you already have a website that you're quite happy with, these photos and testimonials can be quite helpful for your online marketing.
The same holds true with any marketing materials that you already have, such as flyers, brochures, videos, and recordings. The more you can give us, the more you'll add to the quality and reduce the cost of the job we can do for you.
Once we have your information we'll begin researching and planning your campaign. Don't be surprised if we call or email with additional questions.
Once we have a plan and an associated timeline assembled, we'll want to run them by you for your approval. We won't be surprised if you have questions or changes, in fact we'd be surprised if you don't! Internet marketing can be very complex.
Once we have your approval, we'll start working on getting you the Internet visibility you deserve! Every quarter we'll provide you with a plan summary for the next three months. Don't feel locked into this plan; if you see an opportunity, hear about a new tool, or are offering a new product or service, we can change direction immediately as soon as you want us to. At the end of every quarter we'll provide you with a written summary report identifying each item that we worked on and the time spent on each.
